All products are made to order.
Due to the custom nature of our prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing preferences.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Photoshoot Booking Policy – VisualDepths
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all photoshoot bookings.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time.
If a client cancels within less than 48 hours, fails to show up, or is significantly late, the deposit will be forfeited.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather or emergencies), rescheduling may be accommodated at the discretion of VisualDepths.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they compensate for reserved time, scheduling, and potential lost bookings.
